Privacy Policy – FutbolDB
This policy explains how Rockware SpA ("we") handles information in the FutbolDB app for iOS and Android. Rockware SpA is the developer of FutbolDB and is responsible for this information. The app does not require an account.
What we collect
FutbolDB collects only the following. Nothing else is collected.

None of this data identifies you or is linked to your identity. It is not used to track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell personal data.
Like any internet service, our servers see your IP address while handling each request and use it momentarily to limit abuse. We do not store it.
Device permissions
- Notifications: The app asks for permission before sending notifications. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
Service providers
These service providers process the data only on our behalf:
- Cloud hosting provider: It hosts the FutbolDB servers and stores your notification subscription.
- Push notification delivery service: Delivers the alerts; receives only the push token and the alert content (teams, score, event).
- Google's push service (Android): Carries the alerts to Android devices; receives the push token and the alert content.
- Apple's push service (iOS): Carries the alerts to iPhone and iPad; receives the push token and the alert content.
They are located in: United States.
We only disclose information otherwise when required by law.
Deleting your data and your rights
- Turning off notifications in the app (or removing your last favorite) deletes your installation ID, push token, favorites and notification settings from our servers.
Under Chilean data protection law (Law No. 19,628 and, once in force, Law No. 21,719), you can ask for access to, correction, deletion, portability or blocking of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing privacidad@rockware.cl. We respond within 30 calendar days. Because this data is not linked to you, we may be unable to find data that relates to you specifically. You can also complain to the competent data protection authority.
Security and international processing
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is restricted to authorised personnel. It is processed in: United States.
Children
FutbolDB is not directed to children under 14.
