Using the app
By using FutbolDB, provided by Rockware SpA, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. You may use the app for personal purposes. Do not misuse it, interfere with our servers or extract data from them by automated means.
Football data and accuracy
Match, competition, player and club information in FutbolDB comes from licensed third-party data providers and is offered for general information and entertainment only. Live data may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors, and it must not be relied on for betting or any decision with financial consequences.
Club, league and player names and marks
Names, crests, logos and images of clubs, competitions, federations and players belong to their respective owners and are shown for information purposes only. FutbolDB and Rockware are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any club, league, federation or player.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Rockware SpA is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits your rights under Chilean consumer law (Law No. 19,496).
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of Chile, with the courts of Santiago having jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' rights.
